For 2026, CareSource is expanding into the Nevada Marketplace while continuing to offer their unique “Enhanced” plan designs in Ohio, Georgia, Indiana, and West Virginia, many of which integrate dental, vision, and fitness benefits directly into the medical plan.

• $0 Chronic Care Plans: CareSource offers innovative Gold and Silver plans specifically for members with Diabetes or Heart Conditions. These plans feature $0 copays for specialized medical services, self-management supplies (like blood pressure cuffs), and chronic care medications.

• Enhanced Benefit Packages: Unlike many standard Marketplace plans, CareSource’s “Enhanced” options include Adult Dental, Vision, and Fitness benefits. This often includes a fitness center membership through Silver&Fit® and even wearable devices like a Fitbit® or Garmin® with certain plan designs.

• Cost-Sharing Reductions (CSRs): CareSource is a leader in educating members on Silver plan “Extra Savings.” If your clients qualify for CSRs, they can see their out-of-pocket costs reduced by up to 94%, making quality care exceptionally affordable.

• Specialist Access Without Referrals: CareSource empowers your clients by not requiring a primary care referral for specialist visits, allowing for faster access to the specific care they need.

• My CareSource Rewards®: Members can earn up to $90 annually for completing healthy activities, such as an annual wellness exam or flu shot, which helps drive member retention and long-term health.
